It’s Saturday, so you know I have an update for you about check points for today. Below I’ve posted a part of an email from The Ohio State Highway Patrol with details about the check point in Cuyahoga County tonight. It will run from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m.
As always, we are posting this because we want you to drive safe. The police are cracking down on drunk driving this summer. Should you get in a sticky situation, contact me at briantaubman[at]Taubmanlaw.net and I’ll help you make sure you have the proper OVI/DUI defense. Hopefully, it won’t come to that.
Here are the details from The Ohio State Highway Patrol:
The Elyria Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol, in conjunction with the Cleveland Police Department, announced today that an OVI checkpoint will be held from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. tonight at Denison Avenue and West 54th Street in the city of Cleveland in Cuyahoga County.
