We’ve been making the rounds as best we can today and haven’t heard about any checkpoints scheduled for this upcoming weekend. Of course, take that with a grain of salt, as any scheduled for Saturday may not be publicized until tomorrow.

That said, the upcoming holiday season has officers across the state planning on keeping the roads safe by posting checkpoints and saturation points in several population centers. We’ll do our best to get that information as it becomes available.

In the meantime, we suggest you drink your Christmas Ale slowly and designate a driver if you’ve had too many.
