Everybody hurts. Sometimes.

It was true for R.E.M., and today it’s true for the Ohio OVI Blog. Why? Because we were given information about a checkpoint in Brunswick for this weekend that wasn’t accurate. It came from a trusted news source, but the nice officers in Brunswick informed us it wasn’t true.

They will still, however, be running saturation patrols for the big game this weekend. So our advice, as always, is live safe by driving sober.

We’ll keep calling other law enforcement offices in Ohio to see if there are other checkpoints this weekend. We’ll update you as we know more.
